Bayar Enterprises are a property management and investment company with vast experience in the London property market. We buy, sell, renovate, maintain and manage properties.

Management Team
Professor Dr. Esen Bayar - Managing Director
Esen’s interest in property development and investment span many decades, starting as a DIY enthusiast in the early 1980s. Over time this developed into a serious business with a property portfolio covering many commercial and residential properties in prime London locations. Esen has put this experience into Bayar Enterprises Ltd which has a network of partners offering a broad spectrum of synergic and complimentary services; ranging from property management to substantial real estate investments.
Esen studied Electronics Engineering, with PhD from Kings’s College, University of London.
Mrs Mine Bayar - Marketing Director
Mine proactively supports the development of the property portfolio of Bayar Enterprises Ltd., securing investments in central London and also in London suburbs. She has extensive experience in property investment and marketing which is invaluable to the business.
Mine holds BSc in Maths and Modular Sciences.
Dr. Erna Bayar - Customer Relations Director
Erna contributes to all key decisions and supports the family business on a part-time basis. She graduated from St Georges, University of London where she was awarded MBBS, first-class honours degree. Erna works full-time as a medical doctor and her contribution to the family business is on a needs basis.
Mr Erk Esen Bayar - Contracts & Project Manager
Erk is currently studying an Electrical and Electronics degree at Imperial College London. He is a shareholder in Bayar Enterprises Ltd and actively supports new projects and investments. Erk has been working on investment models and defines three to five year investment strategies for the Company.
Mr Arda Esen Bayar - Project & Business Planning Manager
Arda is reading Pharmacy at the University of Nottingham. He is a shareholder in Bayar Enterprises Ltd and works on business plans and investment opportunities. Arda attends management meetings and assists the management team in key decisions.
